Run the New Patient Tracker report to review the appointment details and status of patients who have Kept a New Patient Exam appointment for any range of dates. The report includes the patients' current status, next appointment date, and next procedure scheduled, as well as graphs that show the percent of new patients in each status, and the percent of new patients that have future appointments scheduled. The summary excludes the Detail section that lists individual patient names.
Classify appointment procedure(s) as New Exam - You must have at least one appointment procedure that is classified as a New Exam for this report to function correctly. See "Set Up Procedure List" for details. Only patients that have Kept an appointment with this classification, within the range of dates you specify, will be included on the report.
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Appointment > New Patient Tracker.
Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report or form. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.
Start / End Dates - Choose the range of dates to include on this report, or select a single date for both the Start Date and End Date fields to run the report for an individual date. You can type a date in the fields, or click the
Show summary only - Enable this option to exclude the Detail section of the report, which lists individual patient names.
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
