Kept Appointments with No Treatment Chart; Kept Procedure Summary; Kept Procedure Summary by Year; Kept Procedures Report; Monthly Kept Procedure Count
Run a Kept Appointment or Kept Procedure report to see which patients have kept certain appointment procedures on a specific date, or within a date range. Choose from multiple report formats, each designed to show different information about your patients and your practice.
Decide which report to run - Choose the report to run according to the type of kept appointment you want to include on the report, as described below.
Kept Appointments with No Treatment Chart - This report prints patients who kept their appointments on a specific date, but have no treatment chart record created for that appointment yet.
Kept Procedure Summary - This report simply lists the number of procedures kept during a specific time frame.
Kept Procedure Summary By Year - This report compares any set of procedures for any range of dates. The report includes the number of each type of procedures for the past 5 years, and has a graph at the bottom.
Kept Procedures - This report prints details the patients who kept their appointments during the date range you select.
Monthly Kept Procedures Count - This report compares the number of completed procedures per month for any range of years.
Open the report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Appointment > Choose your Kept report.
Report Settings - Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report or form. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.
Start / End Dates - Choose the range of dates to include on this report, or select a single date for both the Start Date and End Date fields to run the report for an individual date. You can type a date in the fields, or click the

Manage record selections & output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
Procedure column - The Procedure column shows you which procedure was scheduled for the appointment that was kept.
Process appointments - You must regularly process appointments for this report to function correctly. See "Process Appointments" for details.
