Missed Appointments Report

Run a Missed Appointments report to see patient appointments that have been processed as "missed" for any past range of dates. Each appointment shows the patient name, appointment date and time, and the appointment reminder (if any). This report does not include missed recall appointments.

• ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Appointment > Missed Appointments.

Run This Report

Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report or form. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.

• Start / End Dates - Choose the range of dates to include on this report, or select a single date for both the Start Date and End Date fields to run the report for an individual date. You can type a date in the fields, or click the dropdown button to select a date. Your selected date or date range will appear just under the report title when you view your report; if you select a date that is not today, this date will be different than the run date that appears in the report header.

• Procedure - Select one or more individual procedures to include on the report, or enable the All option to include all procedure types. You can also click C to clear all your responses and start the selection process again.

• Office - Choose to include only the records for a specific office, or include the records for all office locations in your practice.

• Orthodontist - Choose to include only the records for a specific orthodontist, or include the records for All orthodontists in your practice.

Notice!

Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results. In addition, the report header can optionally include the exact subgroup criteria used to generate the report, instead of just the subgroup description.

• Procedure column - The Procedure column shows you which procedure was scheduled for the appointment that was kept.

• Process appointments - You must regularly process appointments for this report to function correctly. See "Process Appointments" for details.

Finish

Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
