Run a Tray Cover report to print
a patient appointment tray cover. The
left side of the report includes patient biographical information; time, date and type
of current appointment; critical treatment dates; dentist, referrer, and
medical alerts (if any); as well as the current amount due (optional), recent appointment
history, and Findings notes. Treatment chart and treatment plan information are included as space allows.
Note that Tray Covers will print only for patients with scheduled appointments, not recall appointments,
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Appointment > Tray Covers, Tracy Covers - Landscape or Tray Covers - Tooth Chart.
Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report or form. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.
Appointment date - Choose the appointment date to use. You can type a date in the Date field, or click the v button to select a date from a calendar.
Show financial information - Enable this option to include details about the patient's current amount due on the report.
Show only kept appointments (Tray cover repot only) - Enable this option to list only kept appointments in the recent appointment history section of the tray cover; otherwise, all appointment events, including canceled, missed and changed appointments, may appear in the history.
Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
