Zip Code Summary

The Zip Code Summary report lists all the zip codes used in patient folders and the number of patients in each zip code. You can choose to generate this report for all orthodontists and offices, or select an individual doctor or location.

To generate the report:

1. Click Practice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. Click Patienton the right side of the menu.

3. Select Zip Code Summary.

4. Choose which orthodontist and/or office to include.

5. Specify the report output. (See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.)
