Exceeds Length of Treatment

The Exceeds Length of Treatment report provides you with a list of patients who have gone past the Expected Appliance Removal Date, and do not yet have an Actual Appliance Removal Date. (Find these dates on the Findings tab of the patient folder.)

• These patients may have prolonged treatment, or may simply be patients for whom you have not yet entered the appropriate Actual Appliance Removal Date.

• The Next Appointment Procedure and Number of Missed Appointments fields are included to help you track down any problems.  The report prints in landscape mode (sideways) to accommodate the many included fields.

• The report includes patients that are deemed to have gone past their expected treatment time for their current treatment phase only. Other ViewPoint reports calculate the past completion patients slightly differently. Click here for details...

Run This Report

1. Click Practice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. Click Patient on the right side of the menu.

3. Double-click Exceeds Length of Treatment.

4. Specify the report output.
