Patient Address List

The Patient Address List provides you with a list of patients in your ViewPoint system and their addresses,  including the patient name, address, phone number and email address. The report header includes the date and time the report was printed, and the number of records included and the sub-group used to select patients (if any).  To generate the report:

1. Click Practice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. Click Patienton the right side of the menu.

3. Double-Click Patient Address List.

4. Specify the report output. (See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.)
