Responsible Party Address List

The Responsible Party Address List provides you with a list of responsible parties and their addresses. The report includes the responsible party name, patient name, address, phone number and email address. Also included are the date and time the report was printed and the number of records generated. The report heading details the sub-group used to generate the report, if any. To generate the report:

1. Click Practice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. Click Patienton the right side of the menu.

3. Select Responsible Party Address List.

4. Specify the report output. (See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.)
