Different Last Names List

The Different Last Names List provides a handy reference for patients whose names differ from their guardians. To generate the report:

1. ClickPractice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. Click Patient on the right side of the menu.

3. Double-Click Different Last Names.

4. Specify the report output.

You may also use Fast Find to search for patients by the responsible party last name.
