ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports> Patient> Patient Biographical.
Finish: After selecting the report, choose the patients to consider for inclusion, the printer to use and other output options. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
Financial summary calculations - The treatment fees and payment schedules shown on this report are from the contract for the patient's currently assigned phase of treatment. However, the account balance and amount now due are the sum of the all contracts, regardless of phase.
