Birthday Lists

The Birthday List and Birthday List with Watermark reports provide handy sources for offices that hand write cards, or call with birthday messages. The reports are the same, except that the watermark version includes a festive background image so that you can post the list on your bulletin board. To generate the report:

1. ClickPractice Reports on the left side of the ViewPoint main menu.

2. ClickPatient on the right side of the menu.

3. Double-Click Birthday List or Birthday List with Watermark.

4. Specify the report output.

Typically, offices choose to subgroup the Birthday List for a range of dates. Consider subgrouping Patient Name & Address Labels by the same date range to generate labels for your cards.
