Clear reminders - Click Clear Msg. to remove the Next Dental Visit or Next Progress Report date from the Milestones tab of the patient folder and close the reminder window. Because the patient is no longer set for a "next" date, the reminder message will not be displayed again.

The Next Dental Visit or Next Progress Report date is updated on the Milestones tab automatically, according to the date you just entered and the patient's cycle months. If you would like to be able to adjust these fields also, use the Set Next option, described below.
Set next date - Click Set Next to open a window that prompts you to enter the Last Dental Visit or Last Progress Report, the default cycle months, and the Next Dental Visit or Next Progress Report date for the patient's Milestones tab.
After you use either the Set Last or Set Next option to update Milestone dates, patient reward points are added to the patient folder (if you have set up the reward trigger to do so); in addition, the reminder does not appear for the patient again until that date becomes due.
