Use the View Referrals option to see the list of patients that have been referred to your practice by another patient.
ViewPoint shortcut menu > View > 
Referrals. (Or, press Alt+V on your keyboard to open the View menu options.)
Select referring patient - If a patient folder was open when you initiated the View Referrals option, the referral list for that patient appears for your review. Otherwise, use Fast Find to select the patient to review.
Open patient folder - Double-click a name in the list of referred patients to open that patient folder.
Exit window - Click Ok when you have finished reviewing the list of referred patients.
Referral report option - Run a Referral
View patients for any referrer - You can open a record in your Referrer Table including a patient-referrer, and click the View Referrals option to see the patients referred by this source. See "Set Up Referrer List" for details.
Award patient reward points for referrals - Use the Points for referring other patients field of the patient reward triggers options to enter the number of points to award a patient each time they refer another patient to your office. The points are awarded as soon as the patient's name is entered as the Referral source of another patient. See "Set Up Patient Reward Triggers" for details.
