Referral Detail; Referral Detail - By Referrer; Referral Summary; Referral Summary - By Referrer

Run a Referral Detail report to obtain a list of referral sources and the patients they have referred to your practice. You can choose to see just a summary of the data, or a detailed list of the patients referred.

How to Get Here

• ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Referrer > Referral Detail (select from several options):

  • Referral Detail - This report provides you with the list of patients referred by each source in your Referrer table, sorted by the contract dollar amount.

  • Referral Detail - By Referrer - This report provides you with the list of patients referred by each source in your Referrer table, sorted by the referrer's name.

  • Referral Summary - This report provides you with a one-line summary of referrals made by each source in your Referrer table, sorted by contract dollar amount.

  • Referral Summary - By Referrer - This report provides you with a one-line summary of referrals made by each source in your Referrer table, sorted by the referrer's name.

Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.

Notice!

• Start date & Tx Fee columns - The Start Date column is the earliest contract start date for the patient; the Tx Fee column is the sum of all contracts for the patient. Note that proposed contracts are not included in this amount.

• View patients for a referrer - You can open a record in your Referrer Table, and click the View Referrals option to see the patients referred by this source. See "Set Up Referrer List" for details.
