Run the Patient Fees and Account Balance report to obtain a list patients with an account balance greater than $0. The ID and patient name are shown along with the start date, treatment fee, and initial fee for the patient's current phase. The current account balance and expected insurance balance are included as well.
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Financial > Patient Fees and Account Balance.
