Open SmartCeph, your collection of Premier Imaging ceph tools, to trace and analyze your patients' cephalometric images.
Optional module - SmartCeph tools are part of the Premier Imaging package, an optional add-on to the Edge Imaging module. Please contact Ortho2 for more information.
Patient folder > VP Imaging tab > 
SmartCeph.
If the patient you selected does not have a lateral ceph, you are prompted to import one before continuing.
You can also open SmartCeph from the ViewPoint toolbar.
Cannot trace archived images - You cannot trace a ceph for a patient whose images have been archived. You must first unarchive the images, then select the patient for tracing. See "UnArchive (Restore) Patient Images" for details.
Missing facial photo - If the patient has a lateral ceph but does not have a lateral facial photo, a message will appear: Unable to load Lateral Facial Photo. Click Ok to proceed with the tracing. You will be able to align the ceph with the photo after a lateral facial photo is imported or scanned for this patient and you relaunch SmartCeph.
