Use the User Defined Fields
ViewPoint main menu > System Tables > System > User Defined Fields.
Edit descriptions - Click in the field you want to modify and type your changes, or cut, copy and paste text as needed.
Patient / res. party user def 1 - These fields appear on the patient information panel, and the responsible party page of a patient folder, respectively. They require that you select a response from the Patient Custom List or the Res. Party Custom List editors.
Patient / res. party user def text - These fields also appear on the patient information panel, and the responsible party page of a patient folder, respectively. You can type your text, including Internet hyperlinks, into these fields as needed.
Save your changes - Click

Alternate set up - You may also set up the patient identification labels, the patient custom fields, and the responsible party custom fields with the Patient Folder Captions tab of your Patient Folder Properties utility. See "Set Up Patient Folder Captions" for details.
