Phase List

Phase List; Phase List - Comprehensive

Run a Phase List report to review the list of treatment phases you have created to assign to patient folders. The report includes the phase description, abbreviation, the assigned phase classification, and whether the phase is flagged as inactive.

Get Started

Create phase and classification lists - Create and maintain your list of treatment phase descriptions with the Phases table. (See "Set Up Treatment Phases" for details.) If you will be assigning classifications to phases (most commonly used with Gaidge integrations), you will also need to create the Phase Classifications table. (See "Set Up Treatment Phase Classifications" for details.)

ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Audit or Table > Phase List or Phase List - Comprehensive. (The "Comprehensive" report lists both active and inactive records in your system. The table report (without "Comprehensive") includes only active records.)

Print from table - You can also print the list of records directly from the table. See "Set Up Treatment Phases" for details.

Run This Report

Manage output - After selecting the report, choose to print, view, or export the results. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
