Create insurance company list - Create and maintain your list of insurance company records with the Insurance Company
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Audit or Table > Insurance Company List.
These reports include the contact information, and the additional user-defined field responses.
The "Comprehensive" report lists both active and inactive records in your system. The table report (without "Comprehensive") includes only active records.
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Insurance > Insurance Company Address & Phone List.
This report is slightly different from the Audit and Table reports: It omits the contact information and user-defined field responses, and includes only active insurance company records.
Print from table - You can also print the list of records directly from the table. See "Set Up Insurance Company Records" for details.
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
