Recall Procedure List; Recall Procedure List - Comprehensive

Run an Appointment Procedure List or Recall Procedure List report to review the list of regular appointment or recall procedures you have created to assign to patient appointments.

Create procedures - Create and maintain your patient appointment procedures with the Procedure table. See "Set Up Procedure List" for details.

How to Get Here

Regular appointment procedures - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Audit or Table > Appointment Procedure List.

The "Comprehensive" report lists both active and inactive records in your system. The table report (without "Comprehensive") includes only active records. Note that the grid cell colors you have chosen for each procedure are included on the report, so it is best to print it with a color printer.

You can also open the Procedure table and select Print. (See "Set Up Procedure List" for details about opening the table.) However, this report will include only active regular (non-recall) records, and omits the grid cell colors.
Recall procedures - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Audit or Table > Recall Procedure List. Again, the audit, or "comprehensive" report includes all records; the table report (without "Comprehensive") includes only active records.
