Res. Party Label; QL - Res. Party
Run a Responsible Party mailing label or quick label to generate a label that includes the party's name and address. The Res. Party labels are formatted to print on standard 8.5" x 11" mailing label paper, 3 labels across and 10 labels down, and the quick labels are formatted to print on single-column label paper with an approved printer.
ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Labels > Res. Party or QL - Res. Party .
Originally, the content of the labels is identical; however, you can change the QL-Res. Party label content at any time to suit your practice.
Patient Folder - Responsible tab > Greeting field > QL. The content of this label is identical to the QL- Res. Party label, above.
Manage record selections & output - After selecting the label to run, select your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details. Note that if you choose to print for All records, and a patient has multiple responsible parties, a label will print for each.
Do Not Use Partial Label Sheets - If you do not print an entire sheet of 3-column labels in one print job, do not re-feed the unused portion of the label sheet through your printer! You could seriously damage your printer!
