Professional Label; QL - Professional
Run a Professional mailing label or quick label to generate a label that includes the professional's name and address. The Professional labels are formatted to print on standard 8.5" x 11" mailing label paper, 3 labels across and 10 labels down, and the quick labels are formatted to print on single-column label paper with an approved printer.
ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Labels > Professional or QL - Professional.
Originally, the content of the labels is identical; however, you can change the QL-Professional label content at any time to suit your practice.
Professional Table - Professional record > Name field > QL. The content of this label is identical to the QL-Professional label, above.
Patient Folder - Patient tab > Professional field (Oral Surgeon, Pedodontist, etc.) > QL. The content of this label is identical to the QL-Professional label, above.
Active / Inactive / All Records - (Not applicable for quick labels.) Choose to print labels for active professional records only, inactive records only, or all records in your Professional table. Note that all records that fit your choice will be included, even if the professional type (i.e. Oral Surgeon, TMJ Specialist, etc.) associated with the record is flagged inactive in the Professional Type table. Manage record selections & output - After selecting the label to run, select your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
Do Not Use Partial Label Sheets - If you do not print an entire sheet of 3-column labels in one print job, do not re-feed the unused portion of the label sheet through your printer! You could seriously damage your printer!
