Office Contacts Quick Labels

Run an Office Contacts quick label to generate a label that includes the company name, the contact name, and address. The quick labels are formatted to print on single-column label paper with an approved printer.

How to Get Here

Office Contacts Table - Office Contacts Name field > QL.

ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Labels > QL - Office Contact. The content of this label is identical to the Office Contact label, above.

Run This Label

Manage record selections & output - After selecting the label to run, select your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.

Notice!

Do Not Use Partial Label Sheets - If you do not print an entire sheet of 3-column labels in one print job, do not re-feed the unused portion of the label sheet through your printer! You could seriously damage your printer!
