Dentist Label; QL - Dentist
Run a Dentist mailing label or quick label to generate a label that includes the dentist's name and address. The Dentist labels are formatted to print on standard 8.5" x 11" mailing label paper, 3 labels across and 10 labels down, and the quick labels are formatted to print on single-column label paper with an approved printer.
ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Labels > Dentist or QL - Dentist.
Originally, the content of the labels is identical; however, you can change the QL-Dentist label content at any time to suit your practice.
Dentist Table - Dentist record > Name field > QL. The content of this label is identical to the QL-Dentist label, above.
Patient Folder - Patient tab > Dentist field > QL. The content of this label is identical to the QL-Dentist label, above.
Active / Inactive / All Records - (Not applicable for quick labels.) Choose to print labels for active dentist records only, inactive dentist records only, or all records in your Dentist table.
Manage record selections & output - After selecting the label to run, select your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
Do Not Use Partial Label Sheets - If you do not print an entire sheet of 3-column labels in one print job, do not re-feed the unused portion of the label sheet through your printer! You could seriously damage your printer!
