Assistant Time Report

Run the Assistant Time or Assistant Time - Date Range report to review the amount of time your patient appointments have actually taken, grouped by assistant. The reports include the total assistant time per day, according to the data you collect as you process patients through your On-Deck system.

• Process On-Deck patients - You must use the On-Deck processing features regularly to obtain accurate data for this report. See "Update On-Deck Operatory" for details.

Run This Report

Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report or form. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.

• Start / End Dates - Choose the range of dates to include on this report, or select a single date for both the Start Date and End Date fields to run the report for an individual date. You can type a date in the fields, or click the dropdown button to select a date. Your selected date or date range will appear just under the report title when you view your report; if you select a date that is not today, this date will be different than the run date that appears in the report header.

  Note that you select a single date for the Assistant Time report.

• Procedure - Select one or more individual procedures to include on the report, or enable the All option to include all procedure types.

• Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results. In addition, the report header can optionally include the exact subgroup criteria used to generate the report, instead of just the subgroup description.
