Install Signature Software (ePad)

VP Signature integrates with a signature device from Interlink electronics (ePad) that allows you to insert signature fields into VP letters for patients/clients to sign from the ePad device electronically.  In addition, when you process a payment with VP Credit Card, VP Signature automatically opens for the patient's signature. To use VP Signature, you must have installed Interlink Electronics Integrisign Desktop software, and have a functioning ePad device at each workstation where you want to collect signatures.  To install your ePad software and device(s):

You may repeat this procedure to install ePad devices on all workstations where you would like to collecting signatures.  Then, whenever you use VP Credit Card, VP Signature will prompt you for the responsible party's electronic signature as the transaction is being processed.

You can also add VP Signature fields to the merge letters in your Letter Library to prompt for patient/parent signatures as the letter is being generated.  This feature is especially useful for Truth-in-Lending documents and Contracts that you would like to have signed immediately.
