Exceeds Length of Treatment

Run the Exceeds Length of Treatment report to obtain a list of patients who have gone past the expected appliance removal date, and do not yet have an actual appliance removal date for their current treatment phase. These patients may have prolonged treatment, or may simply be patients for whom you have not yet entered the appropriate removal date. The next appointment procedure (if any) and number of missed appointments are included in the report to help you track down any problems. The report prints in landscape mode (sideways) to accommodate the many included fields.

The Practice Statistical Analysis and Past Completion reports consider all of a patient's treatment phases when determining whom to include on the report. The Exceeds Length of Treatment report considers only the patient's current treatment phase. These differences in calculations may cause the reports to have different results.

More Information

Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results. In addition, the report header can optionally include the exact subgroup criteria used to generate the report, instead of just the subgroup description.

Related Reports - The Practice Statistical Analysis and Past Completion reports also include patients who have gone over their expected treatment time.
