Add & Edit Events
You can add and edit appointments, or events, to your HR Manager calendar.

Use This Feature
Add Appointments - Click
Add to Calendar from the calendar ribbon bar, or double-click an empty time slot on your calendar, to create a new appointment. Then complete the appointment details.
Edit Appointments - Double-click an appointment, then change the details, described below. If you double-click an appointment that is set to recur, you must choose whether to edit the individual appointment or the entire series. You cannot change the employee associated with a scheduled time-off request, but you can change all other details. In addition, employee birthdays and anniversaries cannot be changed from the calendar: That information must be changed in the associated HR Manager employee record.
Appointment Details - Only appointments you have scheduled with the HR Manager calendar can be edited from this calendar: Employee anniversaries and birthdays must be changed from the HR Manager employee record.
Appointment Actions - Use the ribbon bar at the top of the editing window to further define the appointment.
More Information
Absence / Time-Off Requests - Staff absences and requests for time-off should not be added to the calendar as scheduled events. Instead, use the Request Time Off option of the HR Manager calendar ribbon bar
Drag & Drop Events - You can click and drag an appointment you have created from this calendar to any other visible date and time. So, when you view the calendar in Day mode, you can only move appointments from one time slot to another. However, when you view the calendar in Week or Month mode, you can drag an appointment to any time slot on any visible date.
HR Manager Appointments - Appointments you schedule with your HR Manager calendar appear in your Office Calendar, and optionally in the Notes section of your Grid Bar.
