HR Manager Module

The HR Manager provides comprehensive employee management features. This optional module, available for a fee, tracks work and vacation hours, hire date, compensation and benefit details, and other key personnel information. In addition, the included HR Manager calendar provides you with a way to track non-patient appointments that you schedule for your practice.

How to Get Here

You can open this feature in multiple ways: Use the method that's most convenient for you.

Click to OpenViewPoint Toolbar - Human Resources.

Click to OpenShortcut Menu - Add-In > Human Resources. (You can press Alt+D on your keyboard to open the Add-In menu options.)

Click to OpenGrid Bar - If you have selected to display your HR Manager calendar events on the Notes tab of your grid bar, you can double-click an appointment or the HR Manager calendar header to log into your HR Manager module. See "Manage Grid Bar Clipboards, Lists & Notes" for details.

Once you log into the HR Manager with either your username and password or a fingerprint scan, you gain access to your employee records. Security rights prevent unauthorized users from accessing sensitive information, such as employee compensation and social security data.
