Change Your Password

We recommend changing your ViewPoint user password regularly to maintain the integrity of your system security.

How to Get Here

• ViewPoint main menu > Tools & Utilities > Change Password.

Choose Your Settings

• Edit your password - First, enter your current password. Then, type a new password in both the New password and Confirm new password fields. You must type the new password exactly the same before it will be accepted.

• Save your changes - Click Ok to save the changes you have made. Your changes will not take effect until you log out of ViewPoint. When you log back in, you will use your new password.

Notice!

• HR Manager integration - You cannot change employee passwords from the HR Manager: You must change passwords from within ViewPoint.

• Forgot your password? - Employees with full administrative security rights can access and change any user password: If you forgot your password, ask your system administrator to reset it for you.
