More Information

Contract Changes History - ViewPoint tracks all changes you make to active contracts, including $0 allocation changes: You can view details about those changes from the Contract tab of the patient folder, and by running the Contract History Changes report.

Transaction Report - Contract changes that affect the treatment fee are listed in the New and Changed Treatment Fees section of your Transaction report. Changes to the Adjustment tab are listed in the Treatment Fee Adjustments section of the report.

Insurance Arrangements - The financial arrangements and treatment dates that appear on the Insurance tab of the patient folder print on insurance forms, but they are NOT linked to the Contract or Findings tabs of the patient folder.  Therefore, when you change critical information on the Contract or Findings tabs, be sure to change the information on the Insurance tab as well.

Multi-task - While you are working with the Contract Editor, you can click on any other part of ViewPoint to review information or perform other tasks. For example, while you work on a patient's contract, you are able to pause to schedule an appointment or check someone else's balance, all while leaving the contract open.
