Use contract templates to quickly apply your standard treatment rates and payment plans to new patient contracts.
Create a New Contract Template - While either creating or editing a patient contract, go to the Summary tab and click Save Template. Enter a description for the template and click Ok. Your new template will be added to your list of available templates.
Delete a Contract Template - While either creating or editing a patient contract, go to the Treatment Fee tab and click the template you want to remove. Then press the Delete key on your keyboard. This deletes the template immediately, but does not affect any contracts you created from the template.
Use Contract Templates - While either creating or editing a patient contract, go to the Treatment Fee tab and double-click the template you want to use. This will overwrite any existing treatment fee and payment plan details you had already entered. You can optionally modify the new contract before saving it.
