Patient Name & Status List
Run a Patient Name and Status List to obtain an alphabetical list of your patients, along with their ID Code, status, and computer entry date. The report prints in landscape mode (sideways), providing enough room for two columns of patient information on one page.
This report is similar to the Patient Names by Status report: This report lists patients alphabetically by last name, and includes the patient ID code, status, and computer entry date, while the Patient Names by Status report groups patients by status, and lists the patient name, ID code, and phase. Run This Report

Open the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Patient > Patient Name and Status List. -
Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
More Information
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
Print From Subgroup List - When you use the Print button at the bottom of the Subgroup List window, the Patient Name and Status List is generated for you, using the currently selected subgroup criteria. See "Subgroup List" for details.
