Patient Names by Status
Run a Patient Names By Status report to obtain a list of your patients, grouped by their current status. The report prints two columns of information (Patient name, ID. Code and Phase), in landscape mode (sideways). You may run the report for specific statuses, or include patients in all statuses in the report.
This report is similar to the Patient Name and Status List: This report groups patients by status, and lists the patient name, ID code, and phase, while the Patient Name and Status List lists patients alphabetically by last name, and includes the patient ID code, status, and computer entry date. Run This Report

Open the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Patient > Patient Names by Status. -
Statuses - Select to include only patients in one or more specific statuses, or include patients in all statuses. You can select multiple status descriptions by clicking each description to include.

Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
More Information
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
