More Information

Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results. In addition, the report header can optionally include the exact subgroup criteria used to generate the report, instead of just the subgroup description.

View / Edit Arrival History Data - The patient Arrival History details the appointment activity of a specific patient, as calculated by On-Deck. The bottom of the history summarizes the number of times the patient arrived early, the number of times the patient arrived late, the average time the patient spent waiting to be seated, and the total amount of time the patient was attended. This option provides a way for you to view and edit arrival details without printing a report. See "Arrival History" for details.
