Add Findings to Treatment Plan

The data you enter into the Findings tab of the patient folder can be imported directly into the treatment plan.

How to Get Here

ViewPoint toolbar > $image\buttxcht.gif$ Treatment Plan. (See "View Treatment Plan" for details.)

If a patient folder is not already open, you will use Fast Find to choose the patient to work with. Otherwise, ViewPoint will default to working with the currently selected patient.

Initiate import - While adding data to a Text Only or List and Text column, press F2 on your keyboard.
Include / exclude headings- Enable the Responses Only option to omit category headings from being imported.

Select data to include - Highlight each item you wish to import. You can use standard selection shortcuts (i.e. Shift to select consecutive items, Control to select non-consecutive items).

Choose Import mode - Enable the Single Line option, at the bottom of the import window, to import your selections as one line, separated by a comma. Otherwise, the selections will appear as a list.

Import data- Click Ok to add your findings selections to the record.

Save - Press your Tab key after the final column of a treatment chart entry to permanently save the record.
