You can select the size and format of the text, and how often data is refreshed in your Operatory Display.
ViewPoint main menu > Daily Activities > On-Deck Operatory > Properties > Operatory tab.
First, go to your On-Deck Operatory.
Then open the Properties options.
Select the Operatory tab.
Font Size- Select the size the text will appear: The bigger the number, the bigger the words appear on your screen.
Grid Lines- Choose whether to display dividing lines appear between patient entries in the Operatory Display. Select from: vertical, horizontal, both vertical and horizontal, or no grid lines.
Refreshing - The Polling Frequency defines the approximate number of seconds that
your Operatory Display automatically updates itself. Check Disable Polling to inactivate
the polling frequency. Regardless of the polling properties, you may always click
Refresh to view the most current information. Using the Operatory Display with
a small polling frequency on multiple machines can have a drastic negative impact
on ViewPoint performance. We suggest a polling frequency of 50.
