Referral List
Run a Referral List report to review the list of records you have created in your Referrer table. The report includes referrer's name, address, contact details, and the user-defined field captions you have entered, and indicates whether the referrer also has a patient folder or dentist record in your system.
Get Started
Create Referrer List - Use the Referrer table to track referral information for dentists, patients, and other sources that refer patients to your practice. In addition to the referrers' names and addresses, the table includes user-defined fields and a notepad that you can use to track additional information. See "Referrer Records" for details.
Run This Report

Open the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Audit or Table > Referral List. The "Comprehensive" report from the Audit Reports menu lists both active and inactive records in your system. The report from the Table Reports menu, without "Comprehensive", includes only active records.

Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.

Print from Table - You can also print the list of active records directly from the table. See "Referrer Records" for details
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
