The Insurance Detail Report and Insurance Detail Report by Company list insurance contracts with a balance greater than $0.00. The only difference in the two reports is that the Insurance Detail Report is sorted alphabetically by patient name and the by Company report is sorted by insurance company name. and includes company sub-totals. The reports include the last date an insurance claim was submitted for this contract. If you filed the claim electronically, the letter E appears to the left of that date.
ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Insurance > Insurance Detail or Insurance Detail by Company.
Report Title & Header - Whether you view the report on your screen or print it, the report title and run date appear in the header of each report page. If you used subgrouping or other report options, the subgroup description appears just under the report title so you know which criteria was used to generate the results.
Manage Record Selections & Output - After selecting the report options, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
