Treatment Category Report

Run the Treatment Category report to review the list of responses you have available for inputting into the Findings tab of your patient folders. The report includes all headings, categories, short responses, and long descriptions in your Findings table.

Get Started

Set Up Findings Responses - Use the Findings table to set up the categories and standard responses to enter into your patients' treatment findings records. You can select the categories that you want to import into the patient's Insurance detail page, and specify which categories allow you to type custom responses into patient records. See "Treatment Findings Table" for details.

Run This Report

  1. Click to OpenOpen the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Table > Treatment Category Report.

  2. Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
