Online Forms Questions Report

Run the Online Forms Questions report to obtain a copy of the questions that are in your online forms, as well as their corresponding mail merge variables, making this report handy for inserting online form data into merge documents.

You must have downloaded at least one completed online form before you can use this report. If you later add a new online form type, you must download a completed form of that type before it will be available for this report. See "Download and Link Online Forms" for details.

  1. Open the Report - Choose Practice Reports from the ViewPoint main menu. Then, from the Table tab, open the Online Form Questions report.

  2. Select the Form Type - You may include the questions from all online forms, listed individually, or choose to include only the questions from a specific form on the report.

  3. Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
