Run the Insurance Code List report to review the codes you have entered into your Insurance Code table.

Get Started

Create Insurance Codes - Use the Insurance Code table to create the list of CDT/ADA codes, ICD-9 codes and ICD-10 codes you use for identifying diagnostics and services in your patient folders and on insurance forms. See "Insurance Code Table" for details.

Run This Report

  1. Click to OpenOpen the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Table > Insurance Code List.

  2. Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
