Grid Bar Report

Run a Grid Bar report to obtain a list of patients that are listed on a specific Grid Scheduler grid bar, such as your Sooner if Possible list. You can generate the report for an individual orthodontist and/or office, or include all doctors and locations on the report.

Run This Report

1. Open the Report - You can open this feature in multiple ways: Use the method that's most convenient for you.

   ViewPoint Main Menu - Practice Reports > Appointment > Grid Bar.

   

   Grid Scheduler - Right-click anywhere on a Grid Bar > Print. See "Manage Grid Bar Clipboards, Lists & Notes" for details.

   

2. Report Settings - Select the options to use for choosing records and generating this report. Choose carefully, as your selections will affect which patients are included in the report.

   Select which Grid Bar to Print - Choose the grid bar you want to print on the report. You can print the results of only one grid bar at a time. Also, you cannot print the Old Appointments board or the Needs Appointment list from this report: Those grid bars have their own report generators.

   Office - Choose to include only the records for a specific office, or include the records for all office locations in your practice.

   Orthodontist - Choose to include only the records for a specific orthodontist, or include the records for all orthodontists in your practice.

3. Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
