ADA & Electronic Insurance Form Information
You only need to enable the ADA Information option and complete the details if you generate ADA Insurance Forms, or submit insurance claims electronically.
Set Up Extra ADA Information - The insurance codes for Field 29 are maintained in the Miscellaneous Charge records of your Transaction Types Table. You may also use the Transaction Types table to default Miscellaneous Charge records to prompt you for the additional ADA information.
Enter the Required Data - After enabling the Extra ADA Information option while posting a miscellaneous charge, the fields appear on the Post Transaction window. You can hover over each field to display
a tooltip that reminds you what that field of information
is used for.
Information Audit - When you audit a miscellaneous charge, any ADA insurance form information that was entered appears in the audit window.
