Patient User Defined List

Run the Patient User Defined List to review the list of responses you have available for inputting into the user-defined fields on the Patient tab of your patient folders.

Get Started

Set Up Patient Custom Responses - Use the Patient Custom and Responsible Party Custom tables to create the lists of responses you can choose from to fill in the list-specific user defined fields in your patient folders. You can subgroup the responses you enter into patient folders as needed. See "Set Up Custom Response Lists" for details.

Run This Report

  1. Click to OpenOpen the Report - ViewPoint main menu > Practice Reports > Table > Patient User Defined List.

  2. Output Options - After selecting the report settings, click Ok to continue to your output choices. See "Manage Record Selection & Output" for details.
