HR Manager Personal Information Panel

Use the Personal information panel to store the employee name, address, phone number, and more. All users can view this area of the employee record. However, the social security number is only visible when you edit the personal information panel, to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing sensitive information.

Use This Feature

Click to OpenView Personal Panel - The Personal panel of the HR Manager employee record is always open: You cannot choose to close it.

"Viewing" Security Access - All users can view this area of the employee record.

Click to OpenEdit Data - Use the Personal editing window to change employee office details.

"Editing" Security Access - While users with at least "Read Only" HR Manager security access can view this information, only those with "Full" access can open the editing window and make changes.

  1. Open Personal Editor - HR Manager employee record > Employee Information ribbon bar > Edit section > Personal.

  2. Edit Data - Enter the appropriate details for this employee.

  3. Save - Click to Save your changes, or click Cancel to exit editing mode without changing the record.
