Scanner User Options
Use the Scanners tab of your Options window to select the devices to use when you perform certain scanning actions from this computer workstation. Only scanning devices properly installed and available to this computer workstation will be available to you.
Open the Edge Imaging Options window from the File ribbon bar. Then choose the Scanner tab.
All scanner options are machine settings: All users that log onto this computer workstation use the same settings. However, other workstations in your network can have different settings.
Imaging Scanner - Choose which scanning device or system to activate automatically when you initiate an image scan from this machine. If you do not select a scanner here, the device you select the first time you scan an image will become the default scanner. (See "Scan Patient Images" for details.)
Save Your Changes - Click Ok to save the changes you have made and close the editing window.
