Add Subgroup Criteria

The right side of the subgroup screen shows all the fields available for subgrouping,  organized into  categories.  To add criteria to your subgroup template:

  1. Click to expand the selected category and display all the fields available, or click to collapse a category and display only the category heading.
  2. Double-click a field name to select it.
  3. Define the criteria parameters.  The parameters available depend upon the type of field you chose.  For example, if you chose a {Date Field}, you will be able to specify the date (or dates) to include or exclude from the subgroup.

You may continue adding criteria to your subgroup until you have defined exactly which records you want included/excluded from your print job. You may also want to use [Advanced] properties to further specify how you want the criteria tested.

The subgroup option, "Tx Findings All Phases" allows you to search all patient findings, regardless of your patients' current Phase of treatment. By contrast the "Tx Findings" subgroup option was available, which searches only the findings for your patients' current treatment phase.
