Online Form Question Categories
Use the Online Forms Questions table to differentiate which questions duplicate data in your ViewPoint patient folders, and which are specific to your online form.
Select System Tables from the ViewPoint main menu. Then from the System tab, open the Online Form Questions table.
If you have multiple online forms, choose the form you want to work with.
Use the drop down menu in the Question field to select the question to work with, or use the Previous / Next buttons to go from one question to the next. Enable the Biographical option for each question that can be found elsewhere in your database, such as the patient name and phone number. Otherwise, the question is considered to be specific to the online form. You can also enable the Highlight option for questions that are especially important. The results of these questions will be given special visual attention in the patient folder.
Click Close to save the changes you have made and close the editing window.
