Patient Folders

The patient folder contains several pages of information, including demographic and biographical data, findings and treatment records, responsible party, insurance, and financial details, and professional links. ViewPoint patient applications make collecting, retrieving, and using this information consistent and efficient. Use the tabs at the top of the patient folder window to go to other pages of the patient folder.
